An internet browser helps anyone to look for your store.  Without the internet browser visitors cant locate your store. Examples of internet browser are google search, yahoo search. For example, if you search something on yahoo you can just type your website address or something related to your website then the search engine will locate all the websites which have the relevant details and list in ranking. 

It is a computer programme that looks at the computer code that created your website and interpretes the code.  So without an internet browser he cant view your website and its contents the way you intended it to be seen.  Just like you use microsoft words to view words file and microsoft excel to view spreadsheet file and not microsoft words to view microsoft excel file.
