An autoresponder is something like an answering phone machine at home. You have recorded your voice on an answering machine and when someone calls you but you are not at home and your answering machine will automatically will response to the caller saying that you are not at home.

An autoresponder is something like your phone machine but it is in a written format rather than voice message.
